个人简介：

张志才于2014年在北京邮电大学信息通信工程学院获得博士学位。2014年7月-今，在山西大学物理电子工程学院工作。2017年9月-2018年9月，作为访问学者在加拿大卡尔顿大学工作。他是山西省通信学会理事，长期担任国际知名期刊IEEE Communications Magazine, Wireless Networks, International Journal of Machine Learning and Cybernetics, and the KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems的审稿人。他的研究领域包括：移动边缘计算/雾计算、车联网、无人机和机器学习。
